Property Personal Shopper also known as the BUYER's agent, is the industry professional who accompanies the BUYER throughout the entire process of acquiring real estate, whether it is a home, plot, investment or commercial property. Unlike the traditional real estate agent who is the SELLER's agent, Property Personal Shopper consults and protects, in an exclusive and personal way, only the interests of the BUYER. To a traditional estate agent, the client is the SELLER, and to a Property Personal Shopper, the client is the BUYER.
• Property Personal Shopper searches for properties from absolutely the entire market, thus reaching 100% of properties advertised for sale and those that are sold without being officially advertised, that is, sold off the market. Such an approach gives the BUYER optimal chances of identifying the right property earlier and potentially having a wider selection to buy.
